Gen. W.R. Cox was married on the 31st January to Miss Fannie Lyman, daughter of Bishop Lyman of the Diocese of North Carolina.

Bishop Lyman presented his daughter that married Gen. Cox, a few days ago, with a bridal present of $50,000.
