Dalby, Jasper and Catherine; Hale, Jones, Iowa, during 1874

–Mrs. Catherine Dalby, wife of Jasper Dalby, Hale township, was taken to the Mt. Pleasant Insane Asylum Nov 13th, in charge of her husband. Despondency resulting from the loss of a child is the cause of this misfortune.
